World Time Zone Chart
The World Time Zone Chart was originally devised so that any mariner, in any part of the world, could relate their local time to Standard Greenwich Mean Time.
Load Line Regulation Charts
Merchant Shipping (Load Line) Regulations cover the draught to which vessels (subject to SOLAS regulations) may be loaded in designated zones across the world.
The Load Line Chart reflects the changes made in the 1998 Merchant Shipping Regulations and includes the latest designated zones and seasonal periods relating to Load Line Rules.
Magnetic Variation Charts
Six charts which show the current magnetic variation and the annual rates of change.
Whilst local information is shown on all charts, this series provides more detailed coverage at a worldwide level.
Mercator Plotting Sheets
A series of 23 charts each covering three degrees of latitude with a compass rose and latitude scale, longitude being defined by the user.
This facilitates dead reckoning plots to be visualised, and the plotting and resolution of position lines of celestial observations.
Ocean Plotting Sheets
A series of 20 charts at scales 1:250,000 and 1,000,000. They use mercator and stereographic projection and are useful in plotting great circle routes derived from gnomonic charts.
Instructional Charts are useful for training and examination purposes. They are not maintained for the latest information and should not be used for navigation.
