Job Title Senior Tactical Products Specialist - Environmental Team (ENV) Description

The purpose of this role is to deliver our outputs as agreed yearly with the Defence Customer, primarily through the specification and verification of Situational Awareness Products. In this role, this is achieved by:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including UKHO Ocean Environment (OE),Scientific Analysis Group (SAG) teams, DGDMT, and RN customer/user groups to coordinate provision of data/information to ensure it meets customer requirements.
  • Specifying and validating Marine Environment (ME) products in line with agreed deliverables. Careful management of workflows and planning of resource between TP team members and OE SMEs is required to ensure that no conflicts occur in data delivery.
