Request Management Analyst

The Request Management Analyst monitors, logs and reports on actual service provided as compared to that required by SLA or OLAs.
The role is aimed at supporting the business through the identification of services to meet their requirements, starting with advice and following through to delivery; there will be occasions when the post-holder will be presented with complex and challenging requirements beyond their experience that will entail significantly deeper investigation and understanding in order to derive a solution.
